today i had~
for breakfast:
2 apple-cider vinegar weight loss pills
2 energy pills
3 st johns wort pills (to put me in a good mood)
1 cup of green tea
my mom was gone so i got away with not eating breakfast and when my dad came downstairs i told him i had already eaten.
Lunch:
1 bowl of steamed veggies. 100 cal.
i felt guilty for eating them so i purged them up and felt much better.
Supper:
2 apple-cider vinegar weight loss pills
my mom is gone again and so i can get away with not eating. I'll just tell her ive already eaten when she gets back tonite.
